How to:
1. Select your jacket model from the options above.
Prices include uninsured round-trip shipping (€20)
2. Add the waxing + washing service to your cart.
3. While viewing your cart, in the “Special instructions for order” section, indicate:
- Package dimensions
- Package weight
- Address
Or provide all details via WhatsApp using the chat bubble at the bottom right.
4. Once the order is complete, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to apply to the package. You can then drop it off at a BRT collection point of your choice.
👉 If you wish to use a different courier, please inform us in advance: the cost may vary depending on the selected courier.
IMPORTANT
We assume no responsibility for package loss by the courier. This means that if the package is lost during transit, we cannot refund the value of the jacket sent for waxing.
If you wish to protect yourself, you can insure the package: insurance incurs an additional cost calculated based on the value of the contents.
If you wish to insure the package, please contact us in advance.
⚠️ Please note that if the fabric is weakened by time or inadequate storage/maintenance, we cannot be held responsible for any holes, tears, snags, or internal stains that may appear after washing and subsequent waxing.
We do NOT recommend washing Barbour jackets from before 2010.

The average time for the complete treatment is approximately 14 working days from the receipt of the garment. We will keep you updated on the order status and return shipping.

Jackets and Shirts
To ensure an accurate size choice, consult our size guide by following the instructions in the image:
A - Shoulders: Measure the width from one shoulder seam to the other, across the top of the back.
B - Chest: Measure from armpit to armpit, keeping the tape horizontal.
C - Length: Measure from the base of the collar to the bottom of the garment.
D - Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
Trousers
A - Waist: Measure around your waist where you usually wear your trousers.
B - Length: Measure from the top edge of the waistband to the bottom hem of the leg.
C - Crotch: Measure from the crotch seam to the top edge of the waistband.
D - Hem: Measure the hem horizontally.

La giacca è arrivata in condizioni impeccabili: perfettamente pulita, sistemata e con la ceratura appena rifatta, mantenendo però tutta la sua autenticità e quel fascino che solo una Barbour d’epoca può avere.
