This is our professional repair service for Barbour jackets, designed to restore the garment while respecting its original materials and style.
The cost of the service is only by custom quote: to properly assess the work, we ask you to send us some photos of the damage. After evaluation, you will receive a detailed, no-obligation quote.
Types of Repair
Depending on the type of damage, we perform:
- Professional darning for holes or small tears
- Waxed fabric patch for tears or more significant damage
Both processes involve the use of original Barbour thread and fabric.
Processing Times
The average repair time is approximately 7 working days from receipt of the garment.

Jackets and Shirts
To ensure an accurate size choice, please consult our size guide by following the instructions in the image:
A - Shoulders: Measure the width from one shoulder seam to the other, across the top of the back.
B - Chest: Measure from armpit to armpit, keeping the tape horizontal.
C - Length: Measure from the base of the collar to the bottom of the garment.
D - Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
Trousers
A - Waist: Measure the circumference of your waist at the point where you usually wear your trousers.
B - Length: Measure from the top edge of the waistband to the bottom hem of the leg.
C - Crotch: Measure from the crotch seam to the top edge of the waistband.
D - Hem: Measure the hem horizontally.

Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is intact, unused and in its original packaging.
You are responsible for the return costs. If you purchased with a gift card, the return period begins upon delivery and the amount will be credited back to you as a gift card.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to info@thevintagelounge.it indicating your order number and name.
The product must be shipped within 14 days of notification, adequately packaged.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method.
Returns are not permitted for personalized, made-to-measure products or gift vouchers that have already been used.
Used products are covered by a 1-year warranty for defects in conformity.

Ho comprato un Barbour Border di seconda mano. All’arrivo il capo era in buone condizioni, ma aveva un odore molto pungente legato probabilmente alla vecchia ceratura e alla permanenza in uno scantinato.
