1. Are the items for sale original?
Yes, all our items are authentic and carefully selected. Each piece is inspected to ensure quality, authenticity, and unique style.
2. Are the items used?
Yes, since these are vintage products, many items are pre-loved. However, we carefully select them to ensure they are in excellent condition. Any small signs of wear are clearly noted in the description.
3. How are sizes indicated?
We indicate both the size shown on the original label (when present) and an estimate of the current size based on actual measurements. We always recommend consulting the size guide on the product page.
4. Is it possible to make a return?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

6. How long does shipping take?
We ship throughout Italy within 2-5 business days. Delivery times outside Italy may vary. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
7. Can I pick up an order in person?
If you're in Messina, we can arrange a pickup by appointment. Contact us before placing your order to arrange the details.
