Japanese pressing from 1976 of Let It Be, catalog EAS-80561, released by Apple Records/Toshiba-EMI and part of the famous Japanese “Country Flag” series, identified here as The Beatles No. 13. This edition features a gatefold cover and is complete with the wide OBI with Union Jack and original price of ¥2,500.
The OBI presents the album as the Beatles' farewell, with a reference to the world of the band's "last sound and last images," and also indicates the presence of new liner notes and lyrics with translations. The album contains some of the most famous concluding tracks of their career, including “Let It Be,” “The Long and Winding Road,” “Across the Universe,” and “Get Back.”
